My problem is the Fax function doesn't work. It seems we can not receive any fax. We have checked the phone lines. We have two lines for Fax. It seems they are working. So what else can we do now? Thanks a lot.
Check if the machine is set to manual recieve or auto recieve , it needs to be set to auto
Check your phone lines.then connect it to the machine.press on hook dial.if dial tone is not there you may need a service engineer.
