When i turn my Napster on the screen says "Devise cannot initialize HDD. Please connect to charger and try again. This devise will turn off".
However when I connect it to the charger it keeps turning on to show this screen, turns off, and then on again with the same screen etc etc.
Any ideas?
Try taking the back off & unplugging the battery from the hard drive for a few seconds. This worked for me. You could also try pressing the reset button on the back of the player (I used the end of a bent paper clip). Leave it plugged into the charger when you take the back off. Good luck!

go into the bios and then to exit there you will see load setup defaults a screen will pop up asking you yes or no choose yes then save changes and reboot
You will need to reset the Netcommand and tuner settings in the set.
The little indented button in the front of the set needs to be pushed in (when the set is off). The front light will blink for about a minute or minute and a half.
Then, reprogram the Netcommand settings.
This should solve your problem.
