I already tried this and it didn't work. Any other suggestions, found no solution in the help menu. Does it make a difference if it is a digital textbook?

Unable to convert into a Word document. It just opens a blank document. What is wrong?

The easiest way to convert a word document to .pdf is to simply right-click on the file to see if there is an option to "convert to .pdf"., then left-click on that option.

Hope this helps. :)

Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0

Try printing then scanning the PDF.

(Or spend the money to install Adobe Acrobat -- and I do not mean just the READER program)

I have no clue about your "error message displayed is saying that the documents contain renderable files."
