Does the drum turn during the wash cycle?
When it comes to the spin cycle does it go through to the end without the drum turning?
It sounds like it could be the motor needs new carbon brushes.
I had the same problem with my washing machine and my husband fitted two new brushes to the motor - instructructions on utube and now the machine is washing spinning and draining every time. Hope this helps

The first thing to do is checking floor level and putting the machine at balance as explained in the user manual (see Installation and User Instructions for the Aquarius Range). If that does not work there are internal faults that may result in heavy shaking during spin part of the cycle. Such problems are mostly mechanical (eg. struts, bearings, rollers, springs), the machine must be disassembled to locate the problem.
If it won't rinse because it won't fill, it's most probably because the cold water inlet valve is faulty. Many machines will only rinse with cold water....No cold water.....No rinse!! Not a big job.....Nomess
