I have the same problem and after talking (mostly waiting) with Fedders repair, I have been told how to solve the problem. Plug up the drain hole on the right side (the one not connected to the drain hose). The drain hole extends down about 5mm, outside measures 10mm and interior measures 7mm. They do come with a drain hold cover. Not a replaceable part with a number. Off to the hardware store.
Help, mine didnt come with a drain hose. Can I buy something at the hardware store. I am so tired of emptying it 2 to 3 times a day!

The unit worked fine but now won't drain through the hose. I'll try plugging the drain hole on the right as suggested, but don't understand why that is now necessary.
The drain pipe for the bucket was plugged. Any simple way to clean it without removing the entire cabinet? When plugged, the water leaks out the bottom. Messy clean-up unless you catch it in time!
Drain pipe not working, having to manually empty front bucket. It was working before. Pipe is loose in the back, how far down should it be and should it be hooked to somthing inside
