Am37308 MB diagram of connections - FIC AM 37 Motherboard

From other common google searches it seems that your RO0222 motherboard is made by Dell for their Studio 540 Deskto PC - You can find the Service manual for this item at the following link (and on page 34 of the pdf download you will find a diagram of the motherboard)

We do not have this diagram because MB doesn't allow free downloads of the owners manual that contains the diagrams. I suggest you try and find a used OM on eBay or buy a new one from MB parts.

There are a few ECS motherboards listed on ECS web site. Each has a different revision number. Choose your correct version and download the manual for the MB. You will also need Adobe reader installed to view the manual. Adobe is a free download; http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/

Once the manual is downloaded go to page 10. Turn to pages 16 & 17 to connect your case to the MB.

The motherboard has two SATA connectors but they only go up to a 150 MB/s data transfer rate.

Your Seagate however, is engineered for 300 MB/s data transfer.

Download the Seagate manual for this drive and you will see the diagram on the last page that shows how to place a jumper on the drive to make it work at 150 MB/s.

The connections of a MB are very critical and if the necessary care is not applied you could have a fried MB. We could supply you with all you need to make the connectionbut we will need from you more information. The MB is very rarely damaged unless something or someone tinkers with it. Please tell us why you needed to change the MB and how did it happen that the MB got unwired. As I said, one needs to exercise a greatdeal of caution and one false move can cause the whole thing to burn out. Even if are placing a new MB, you still need to follow the same precautions. The jumpers are located in the lower right hand part of the MB. Here is the user manual (in PDF format), linked from the ASUS website. It has diagrams, and instructions on connecting those wires.
