I do not have software for a used JVC Everio GZ-MG155

Need to download to Windows XP. Is anything available online without having to wait for cd?

Also, my remote for it does not work...can I I download without it?

    How did you use Divx to rip your videos to your computer, I want to backup my videos on my hard drive on the computer. Any solutions? I have also lost my cd rom.

You can download the manual and software from here with a computer.  I don't know or understand abotu your remote since yo ustated Xp OS.

unknow just means it dose not have a driver list for the device. go on their web paged for driver from the device web site. and install them from there.
