I was working well with my computer but suddenly it went off after starting it again a message DISK BOOT FAILURE INSERT A SYSTEM DISK came what should i do and what might have caused this.please help!i have tried to change the boot sequence from the cmos but it seems not working.
DISK BOOT FAILURE,INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER'....is this your problem? try to disconnect and reconect the power & IDE drive to your hard disks...... if its not, you may change the mother board battery....

After formatting C drive,I installed driver cd & restarting a system,it shows'DISK BOOT FAILURE,INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER'.I tried many solutions but no useful.Pls help me in this problem.

Check the power cable of the HDD is connected properly
Check the data cable of the HDD is connected properly

After making 100% sure you have no diskette or CD in any drives the conclusion may well be that the disk is ruined. You ay try to boot from a diskette or CD and see if you can access the disk then. (see www.ultimatebootcd.com for instructions to make a boot CD) "The ultimate boot CD" has a few tools that might help you out. Since you can't boot you must make it on a different computer, though. You may also try to insert the disk in a diffe rent computer to see if it can be booted there. Also make sure all cables are properly connected.

in every restarting of my computer, the message got "no booting device found". when i insert bootable cd its booting normaly.
