Some casters will not roll well on carpet. You may replace common ball casters with wheeled ones. Or, place the frame legs in furniture glides, designed for beds or heavy furniture. Barrel casters are for things you do not wish to move around easily, and may be replaced with ball casters, or wheels.
contact the manufacturer of the jack for a spare castor
find a wheel and castor shop in your area as they will probably have a replacement unit or if you have to replace both castors
call the manufacturer. check out you large local hardware shop for their range of castor wheels . try a shop that specialises in wheels and castors or check out a furniture hard ware shop. some office furniture supply shops have castors that may do the job. Remember in trying to get 1 it may be easier to get 4 new ones of a different style that will fit the hole.
I have found that getting parts from Amcor units is like looking for a needle in a haystack. However, other portable AC units, like Goldstar, LG, Comfort Aire, Kenmore and others, use the same type castor wheel.
I have included a link to Appliance Factory Parts. They stock and handle thousands of parts, with good pricing and fast shipping. Check them out, as they may be able to help you.
I just did mine and lifted the bed on the drivers side. I used a 30" 4X4 and a 24" 4X4 with a blot pounded into the end and head cutoff. This engauges into a hole in the cross member infront of the wheel. A hydraulic jack and 2X6X6 blocks to jack the bed up. Taking off the wheel makes it easier. Make sure you only loosen the passengers side bolts (4 on short bed).
