There must be soem malicious software causing this slowdown and battery discharge.
You should reinstal OS to your original.

usually if you install many programs then your mobile gets slow, so first try to unistall applications which are not used often.
also one important step:-
if processing gets slow always try to exit the menu.
click options in menu > select exit. and its done

contact mobile dealer or service provider. before that, if you have too many songs, videos, etc, try to delete them. because your mobile may become slow due to storage of too many items

Terminals shutting down after minutes of inactivity goes back to user name screen

check screen saver time, also look at Power on the Screen Saver Tab, it may be set to low time, change it to 20 mins for "TunOff Monitor" and other settings like Hybernate etc
