My copier gives me check panel message - Sharp AR 201 Copier

Please click Supply Memory Error Message Displays on the Control Panel to access steps that should resolve the issue.

Are you usingoriginal HP Dimm chip?, does machine turn on and come to ready when it is standing on it own (not hooked to p.c.) if not can you tell me exact light patten displayed

Check the developer motor maybe the developer is not functioning

or the primary and transfer corona needs cleaning as this cause the hi voltage leakage to ground
so hi voltge is produced results to no copy.

go to the control panel, select printers and double check if the Ricoh Aficio CL3000 Laser Printer was selected as a default printer. you can check it by right clicking the printer name and choose set as default.

Remove the ribbon along with its fitting from the printer and fix it back. Replace the ribbon, if in case worn out or used excessively or stuck within.

mcdevito75 here, Chances are the message means to give the printer the instruction to scan from the computer iteself and not at the printer. You may have to un-install / re-install your printer program if you have the printer cd. Also you can go to start, then control panel then printer and check settings there.

is there an error code appear on panel display?
if there a error appear try to reset you may press * key,press 2&8 simultaneously, the select copier then select fuction then clear then error then ok then turn off& on

What SC code is the machine giving? Watch the LCD display and the machine will give an SC Code. Let us know this and we may be help to further.

Reset Fuser Life

1. Using the control panel buttons scroll to Maintenance, press OK.
   
2. Scroll to Check Others, press OK.
   
3. Scroll to Fuser, press Reset
