Player is loading forever not playing dvd - Insignia IS-PDVD10 Portable DVD Player

The DVD player has failed, due to the low cost of these players seldom are they sent for repair. would recommend a new "OPPO" brand DVD player, they last forever

Clean or replace the laser

clean your DVD player using a DVD cleaner disk; Radio shacksells them.

open cover and clean the laser with alcohol and try again

pls. check regnel code seting .
use remote cantrol on setup menu open and selact regnal code set Adealt . or all regnel code after then use disc is play caractly
if not then problum is inside your disc player .
Use. lance clenar disc and clenig your disc player lance.
