The smaller size line comes out of the tank, leave enough to install filter on that line in the tank, this line goes to the intake side( I think it is the right side of the carb when it's mounted in the saw), of the carb. The other smaller line goes from the other side of the carb to the primer bulb. The larger line goes from the other side of the primer bulb back to the tank, it only has to be pushed in the tank about 1/2 to 3/4 inch. The large line goes in the tank in the hole on the right side unde the carb. The primer bulb has different size nipples. I just put these on mine, it's hard to get the lines in the tank, I sprayed mine w/wd40 and just pushed them in until I could pull it with some needle nose pliers or hemostats.

This is as good as fuel routing gets!!! If this isn't sufficient Find your nearest Poulan repair facility or try your friendly neighborhood chainsaw seller/mechanic. Resubmitting this question won't get any better answer. HTH

Try your local chainsaw seller/mechanic for fuel hose. Take a short length sample, there may be different size hoses. All need be fuel resistant.
