Hi, if you enter wrong pin for three times, you are then given 10 attempts to enter the PUK. (it is printed on the voucher of sim card when you have purchased the sim) Your sim card will be blocked permanently if you still entered incorrect PUK code after the 10th attempt.
And if ever you lost the voucher you have only 2 ways to get rid of the PUK code:
1. Replace the sim card or 2. Call the phone company that released the sim card. They will give you the PUK code once you give them your account details and they have confirmed your identity.

Just call your service provider and ask for the PUK code,They will have you read the # off the sim card and tell you the unlock code.

puk codes are sim card locks and it's different from each sim card. just call your service provider and they will give you the puk code for your sim card. don't try radom numbers.. after 10 attempts the sim card is permanently blocked and you would have to buy a new one.
