SOURCE: tHIS MORNING MY iPAD CAN'T

Connect the iPad to different computers and chargers. If it doesn't even go to the "charning logo" screen on any of the computers, you have a broken logic board or broken d ock connector and should take it to the apple store. If they won't help you, You can try to replace the part yourself, it is available on any auction website. There is an iPad Repair service that can fix it for you, but if you're a little tech savy you should use an iPad repair guide that teaches you how to do the repair yourself.

SOURCE: Apple Ipad won't charge

IThe iPad needs more power than the average USB device. It doesn't run and charge at the same time on a regular USB port. If it doesn't charge with the original charger though, you have a hardware issue. You can always take it to the apple store and demonstrate the problem there, you'll probably receive a replacement. If you have issues with the warranty, there are third party places that will find our what's wrong. If you want to do it yourself, the good news is, it's not too hard to open it. Here is an iPad Repair Guide that shows how to open an iPad. If you want somebody else to do it for you go to iPad Repair NYC.

Your battery is basically out of charge.
Plug one end of your charger into the iPad, and the other end into your wall charger.

I pad will not charge

it's not that difficult. There aren't that many solutions...either it's the battery, the charger, or the power source. :-)

Batteries stop charging after a while when they get old. One way to delay this is to NOT leave them plugged into the charging system after they are charged up...get them charged, and then unplug. The longer you leave it in, the more damage you do to the battery.

I would try changing the battery first. If it's not used up, it will be eventually, so it's never wasted money. If it doesn't charge with a new battery in it, take a look at the charger. (try a different outlet first, and try your adapter directly into the wall, not a surge protector/power strip.)

My i pad will not turn on

First steps: Make sure you're up to date

  1. Verify you have installed the latest version of iTunes.
  2. Verify that you are connecting iPad to your computer using a USB 2.0 port.
  3. Make sure your iPad software is up to date: With your iPad connected to your computer, click "Check for Update" in the Summary section of iTunes.
  4. Charge your battery: Using the USB power adapter that came with iPad, charge iPad for at least 20 minutes before further troubleshooting. If necessary, refer to "Charging the Battery"

My Apple IPod mini says no battery power but the battery symbol show half charge

You might want to try and hook your iPod up to your computer and update/reinstall the firmware. That should help reset everything and get things back to normal.

IPad shows blank black screen & won't turn off ~ how do I fix?

Try reseting the iPad by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPad completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.

Once the Apple logo appears you can release the buttons. If this does not work, you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.
