You can easily get a memory card reader from any local store at a cheap price, depending on your country.
Most of the Memory card readers come in USB type, so what you just need to do is to plug it in any available usb port on your PC, and then insert your sd micro card in the appropriate port for it.
For SD Micro Cards (The Smallest Types), most times you might need to first insert it in a Small Card Adapter that comes with SD Micro cards, before inserting it in your USB Card Reader.

A search engine search for m2 memory card reader finds something like this:
Hi im josh in cebu phils. may i help you? friend if that happens where your card is empty and it says full. Friend that is a symptom of a virus attacked. try to check or scan your memory disk. Most of the virus namely "trojan" causes this kind of problem. and if you don't have any important files inside the memory card then try to format to remove all the viruses that are hiding in your memory card. good luck friend!
Are you talking about the memory sticks inside the computer?
If so, then yes. If you have DDR memory, it will work in most computers that use DDR memory. It's best not to mix memory, so you'd want your friends to completely remove their old stuff first.
When you compare your RAM to theirs, match up the length and where the notches are along the gold contacts of the memory sticks. If they match perfectly, then you're good to go!
From oldest to newest, we have these kinds of memory
EDO
SDRAM
RDRAM
DDR
DDR2
DDR3
Brand new PC's are using 2 and 3 (2 being the most common) Most PC's are just plain DDR because that used to be the most common. Other than this, there are other differences in memory, but they moreoften don't make a difference. =-]
you can try a hard reset see if that works.....turn the phone off , then press 3,* and the green call button at the same time and turn the phone on......it should be at the format screen., then press the proceed screen.
