Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I was listening to my e200 sansa sandisk a few days ago and it just completely shut off. I turned it back on and the logos came up (sandisk, sansa rhapsody), And when it was at sansa rhapsody, the screen pixelated and went white then restarted. It does this everytime. I have tried taking the battery out, holding the rec. button and menu button, and everything else I have read on this site. Please someone give me a solution, Im leaving for spring break and i want to listen to some Tool!!
- Turn the device off (hold power for 20 seconds) - Slide the hold switch into "hold" position. - Press and hold the "record" button while connecting it to your computer.

I have this same EXACT problem. Call the support system and they may be able to replace it or send you an email. Although I never got the email.... Sorry, and hope this helps.
