No. It's not a virus infection on your PC. I suggest you contact your web hosting provider because it has something to do with the server. It might be some glitches in the server.

You have some viruses and malware.

Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below.

Download, Install and Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

Windows Internet Explorer Errors on this webpage may cause it to work incorrectly

Internet Explorer users may experience frustration when the Internet browser displays an error code, especially if the error causes them to lose work or data.
However, many error codes can give insight into why the problem occurred and how it can be prevented it in the future.
Errors
Internet Explorer may display HTTP status code errors if it cannot display the webpage.
There are five classes of status codes that begin with the numbers 1 through 5. Each status code consists of three digits. 4xx describes client (user) errors.
4xx error codes include:
400 Bad File Request denotes inccorect web address syntax such as improper punctuation or capitalization.
401 Unauthorized denotes incorrect credentials (username and password). Users can attempt to access the page with different credentials.
403 Forbidden/Access Denied occurs when the server blocks access. The website owner may have instructed the server to block access to specific files or directories.
404 File Not Found denotes a missing webpage/file. This occurs when another site uses an incorrect link or the user incorrectly enters the website URL. Double check the address.
408 Request Timeout denotes that the the user or
user's computer stopped the request before the server could complete it.
According to Marc Liron, whom Microsoft has award the Most
Valuable Professional (MVP) award for his technical knowledge and community support, the 408 error can occur because the "user will either hit the stop button, close the browser, or click on a link before the page loads." Refresh the page to correct the issue.
5xx Errors b> Unlike 4xx status codes, 5xx status codes describe errors caused by the server that houses the webpage or file the user wants to access.

5xx errors include:

500 Internal Error denotes a server configuration issue. The error page may instruct the user to contact the website administrator and may provide a contact e-mail as well as additional information about the error.

501 Not Implemented denotes the server's inability to perform the request.

503 Service Unavailable denotes a temporary server status. The server may be overloaded or down for maintenance. Other Errors b> Internet Explorer may display a prompt that alerts the user of a javascript error or display a small triangle with an exclamation point (!) in the status bar at the bottom of the screen.

According to the UpdateXP website, Internet Explorer may display a "52 Runtime Error." http://www.updatexp.com/internet-explorer-error-messages.html This occurs because a javascript cannot find a file it requires. http://www.mediacollege.com/internet/javascript/basic/error.html You may be able to solve this issue by clearing your Internet cache.
Javascripts may also experience syntax errors when the website developed has made a mistake when writing the javascript. Website visitors typically cannot fix syntax errors because the website owner must edit the javascript. However, you can look for a way to contact the website owner to alert him or her of the issue.

How do i fix this

Known as "Not Found" errors, 404 errors occur when a link attempts to resolve to a webpage that does not exist.

When links are "broken" in this manner, search engine rankings can become affected and visitors grow reticent to return.

Luckily, the broken links that cause 404 errors are easy to find and fix using Google's online webmaster resources, allowing you to ensure that all pages display correctly and without error.

Log into Google Webmaster Tools by entering your Google ID and password.

Add your website to your Google Webmaster Dashboard.

Type your domain name (everything in your URL before the first forward slash)

into the Dashboard text box.

Click the "Add Site" button.

Select a verification process.

Click the "Verify your site" link.

Select your desired verification route from the drop-down box labeled "Choose verification method."

Select "Add a meta tag" and paste the provided code in between the <HEAD></HEAD> tags of your homepage, or choose the "Upload an HTML file" option to upload a blank html file with the name specified by Google.

Verify ownership of your web domain.

Upload your amended home page or Google-named blank HTML file to your server, depending on the verification method you chose in Step 2.

Use an FTP program to transfer the file in question to your website.

Click the "Verify" button to complete the process.

Identify 404 errors.

Click the "Dashboard" link to view website errors.

Examine the "Detail" column and locate any web addresses that show "404 (Not Found)" results.

Click on the "Linked From" column for each identified 404 error to see the location of the page that contains the broken link.

Visit the page that contains the broken link.

Right-click on the broken link and select "Copy Shortcut" or "Copy Link Location."

Right-click in your browser's address bar and select "Paste" from the ensuing menu.

Examine the link in your address bar.

Look for stray quotation marks, spaces, periods or commas.

Remove everything before the first slash from the link and see if the domain still displays.

Fix broken links. Open a text editor and load the HTML file for the page in question.

Correct link typos and delete links that no longer lead to live websites.

Save your amended HTML files and re-upload them to your server using your FTP program.

Return to the Google Webmaster Tools Dashboard.

Click the "Sitemaps" link on the left navigation bar.

Click the "Resubmit" button to resubmit your website's sitemap.

Wait an average of four to six weeks for Google to re-index your amended website pages.

Hope this helps

Meaning of http 404

The Error 404 "Page not found" is the error page displayed whenever someone asks for a page that's simply not available on your site. The reason for this is that there may be a link on your site that was wrong or the page might have been recently removed from the site. As there is no web page to display, the web server sends a page that simply says "404 Page not found".The 404 error message is an HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) standard status code. This "Not Found" response code indicates that although the client could communicate to the server, the server could not find what was requested or it was configured not to fulfill the request.
The 404 "Not Found" error is not the same as the "Server Not Found" error which you see whenever a connection to the destination server could not be established at all.

404 not found

The 404 or Not Found error message is a HTTP standard response code indicating that the client was able to communicate with the server, but the server could not find what was requested.

The web site hosting server will typically generate "404 - Not Found" web page, when users attempts to follow a broken or dead link, hence the 404 error is one of the most recognizable errors users can find on the web.

A 404 error should not be confused with "server not found" or similar errors, in which a connection to the destination server could not be made at all. A 404 error indicates that the requested resource may be available again in the future; however, the fact does not guarantee the same content.

I HAVE A WHITE SCREEN

White-screens are usually caused by software bugs, poorly written device drivers or might be the malfunctioning hardware.A web based application or a website written in PHP Language will display an empty white page in the browser under certain conditions. If the PHP installation suppresses error messages and encounters a fatal error before any output is produced, PHP will exit and return an HTTP response without content. The error itself may have a wide variety of causes, and can only be determined by reading the server's PHP log (if enabled), or altering the error reporting settings to display the error message.

There is no display on screen

Are you able to view other websites? If yes, then what is the name of that website that is showing a blank page? Usually, if the website is down, or loads up so slow, it reaches a time being idle, thus will show a blank page. Try to view that site using http://babelfish.yahoo.com and test if you can load. If yes, then that means your current connection is having problems connecting to that site's server. Try refreshing several times by hitting CTRL F5. If it still does not load, then let your isp know about it since this could be a routing error from their end.

Cannot access a site although have put in browser, to acitvate it, have been having error page 403, gone into browser but still will not allow access to stite requested.

HTTP Error 403 is an error message which means that you are not authorized to view the web page which you are attempting to load. Usually, the HTTP error 403 - Forbidden means that access to the file/folder you are trying to open has been denied, either on intention or owing to a configuration anomaly. You could attempt using a proxy website if the access is blocked intentionally.

I keep getting a HTTP Error 500 message

HTTP Error 500 means the code that is rendering the web page for the web site you are using has failed for some reason (Server Error). It is not the phone itself.
