Well IF your player burns mp3 do a few things.
Confirm the disk plays in something else
Re-burn on the slowest setting for burning.
Try a different brand disk

SOURCE: my pioneer car stereo DEH-P77MP won't play

This is a common error with these units when they get dusty from putting dirty disks inside the drive. Just go to your local staples and or walmart and get a 5 dollar disk player cleaning kit. It looks like a plain cd but has small fibers that come out of the bottom of the disc that clean the laser as it spins and tries to read it.

SOURCE: Can I play a burned mp3 disc on my pioneer deh-p2500?

The specs don't mention MP3 anywhere, so the answer most probably is "No".

Will a pioneer pd-f605 play mp3s

Yes is will. You need to attach the MP3 to one of the inputs and select that input to play it. A burned CD should work just fine.

Two problems: 1. All the CD music I burn do not play in my car's and home stereo. 2. My computer is getting slow in opening programs and files.

are you burning the music cd's in the music format to be converted over and finalize the disk? you cant burn them as mp3s. if your able to fit more then 18 or so songs then you are burning it as an mp3/data disk instead of a music disk. if your computer is getting really slow i recommend you download an anti virus if you haven't already (such as avg FREE) and a spy ware malwayre removal called malwarye bites.

Hi I have a Telefunken CD player - I have burnt mp3's and 3wav files but it does not recognise these formats -- please advise what format I need to burn my CD-R disks. Thank You. Chris.

Hello!
First you need to find out if your CD player plays CD-Rs, and if so, does it also play MP3s and WAV files. A simple way to do this is by looking it up in the manual. If you don't have a manual, try looking for your model on their website.
Next, make sure that you set your CD- burning software to burn a DATA disk. If you have the option, you could also burn a MP3 disk. Data disks have always worked for me.
Drag and drop (or Copy and Paste) your files into your burning software. Once you're satisfied with the songs on it, hit BURN or Write to Disk.
If your CD player does NOT play MP3s/WAVs, then you have to burn an AUDIO CD. Keep in mind, you can only add about 80 minutes of music to an audio disk.
I recommend using Nero to burn your CDs. It is one of the best burning software I have used. This should work. If in doubt, try this tutorial.

Is model DB165 the same as model DB265?

Not exactly. They are the exact same specification apart from the fact that the DB265 is capable of playing MP3s and the DB165 is not MP3 capable.

This only matters if you want the player to be able to play MP3s that you have burned onto disk. The DB165 can only play disks burned in normal CD format. If you put MP3s on the disk only the DB265 can play these back.

Please do leave a vote for the information. Many thanks.

CD Player will not play MP3s

Your cd player is not compatible with reading MP3 format...not all are.
You will have to get one that states its a Multi reader or more specifically MP3 compatible.

Mp3

If your truck radio is a factory cd player, the easiest way to play mp3 through it is probably to burn your mp3s to CD as an Audio CD. There are aftermarket car stereos that can play mp3s directly, whether burned straight to CD, on a USB stick or via built-in storage.
