Dishwaher ive a meiko fv40 and it wont go through any of its cycles it starts then stops after approx 10 seconds hope you can help thanks chris

Hi chris, When it stops, do all the lights go off at the front or does it just stop washing? If all the lights go off then i would be looking at a problem with the touchpad, if it just stops washing-does it try to refill or rinse again? if so there may be a problem with the level switch on the wash tank or it may be as simple as the washpump overheating and cutting out on its internal thermal overload-this self resets when cool .. Check the fuse under the dash. Did you replace the inline fuel filter? If not, you could loosen the line going into the filter then turn the key to the on position. The pump should run for about 2 seconds then the relay should kick off. Turn off the key for approx. 5 seconds then cycle key back on and the pump should cycle again. If you get a 2 second burst of fuel each time then the pump is cycling. Install a new fuel filter and check the grounded wire by the tank. Hope this helps. :)

Asko 10505 runs through was cycle in approx. 30 seconds, then wont drain. Simply stops. It doesnt matter which cycle I start with, the dial moves quickly to stop. It fill with water and spins. ANY HELP...
hi sir' start the wash machine empty and see if it happens when nothing is in it.
2. When machine is off, open the top grab the centerpiece inside the wash machine and pull and push it slowly, does it move? (For safety unplug the machine)
3. Make sure machine is 100% level (front to back, left to right)

The most common thing is bad drum bearing, which force the wash machine out of whack when in spin / wash. Which are common and the best thing is to call Maytag.

Boiler temperature too high
Contactor faulty, probe faulty, check connection on XA5
The code 312 is the same as a code 212 as stated above.
There are dozens of error codes and you should be able to get them from your local meiko dealer, hope this helps, colin

This could be one of several faults- is the washpump windings overheating and cutting out the thermal overload? check for heat in pump body, is touchpad failing intermittently or is power card faulty? Try these and let me know how you get on, Colin
