Is it a Grohe or Hansgrohe shower head? If it is a Hansgrohe shower head the first thing to check is if the self sealing filter gasket is installed at the connection to the shower arm. Hansgrohe shower heads have a black self sealing filter gasket in the head that some people remove assuming it is a flow restriction device. It is only a filter and does not restrict flow unless clogged with debris. Next make sure the flow restriction device below the filter gasket is still installed. On some models removing the flow restrictor will cause water to be expressed from the air injection ports near the pivot ball. Feel free to contact me at Hansgrohe. 1-800-334-0455. SOURCE: Grohe shower assembly leaking

hiit sounds as though the diverter valve is sticking in the mid position although you have turned it to the floor spout as you call it!!
Also it sounds as though the seals are possibly leaking causing the plasterboard (drywall) to get we, or possibly a joint may be leaking. Advice access the pip-work valve etc run shower & check with torch (flashlight) to see where its coming from?
Rectification work replace seals/repair leak...replace diverter valve assembly.

SOURCE: leak where Grohe shower head attached to the threaded pipe

using a pair of vice grips wrapped in a soft towel( to prevent scractching) turn the shower head in a counter clockwise direction to remove it then apply liquid teflon (real-tuf) to the threads on the shower arm and tighten the shower head but dont over tighten it liquid teflon is more effective at sealing leaks than teflon tape and it can be wiped clean

The faucet is rated at 6.7L/minute (<2 gal/m) and I would expect that's a design of the cartridge. You could measure flow with spray head attached, then remove head (see link) and measure again to see how much the head reduces rate of flow. You could try removing the check valve(s) but not sure if that will work as it may leak.

product features · consists of: single lever kitchen mixer · swivel range 150° · with telescopic function (330 - 500 mm) · normal and spray jet · lockable shower spray, spray returns through pressing spray diverter · quick connect shower hose · flow rate 6.7 l/min · ceramic cartridge · connection type: G ? compression · integrated non-return valve · suitable for continuous flow water heaters

The water flow from my triton electric shower does not stop even after unit is switched off

28487001 is not an electronic shower head made by Hansgrohe. It is an overhead shower head that has no electronic parts. Triton is a completely different company. If you have an electronic shower system by Triton you will need to contact Triton. If you have a Hansgrohe product feel free to contact Hansgrohe at 1-800-334-0455.

Air rain shower head leaking

The most common issue with this type of head is water deposits building up in the spray face. This will cause the unit to express water from the venturi in the center of the spray face as well as other places. If this is the case the best solution is to remove the unit and soak it in CLR for about ten minutes. Then rinse it well and reconnect to the water source. Run water throught the shower head and while running rub the rubber water channels to further break up and clear out the deposits. Then repeat the process at least two more times or until the deposits are cleared out. If you need further help feel free to contact Hansgrohe Technical at 1-800-334-0455.

Hansgrohe shower head leaking

If the shower head is constantly dripping and not shutting off it is most likely the valve in the wall not the head itself. How is the head leaking? Where/when does the water show up? Feel free to contact Hansgrohe Tech at 1-800-334-0455. Press 2 for tech. We would be happy to help.

Handshower is leaking from the side

The best way to resolve this is to clean the hand shower with some CLR. Follow the instructions on the CLR container for use. Soak the shower head in CLR for no more than 10 minutes at a time. Rinse it well after soaking. Then reconnect the unit to the water source and run water through it. While running rotate the spray face through the different functions to further help clear out the deposits. Then repeat the soaking and rinsing at least two more times to clear out the depsoits. For further help you can contact Hansgrohe Tech at 1-800-334-0455. Press 2 for Tech and ask for David Scarborough.

Shower body three way diverter problem, no water to one port

try taking the shower head off and see if there is something stuck in it. sometimes things will come through the water lines and lodge themselves in the valves as well. if the shower head isn't clogged try dismantling the valve that turns the shower head on and then turn the water on when its out and flush the port out.
