Can you jump on trampolines when it is raining or is it dangerous?

Jumping on a trampoline in the rain can be really dangerous as it's very slippery. Also the rain can damage the trampoline, so a rain cover is a good idea especially if you live in a very rainy country.

Trampoline safety tips

According to the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons
there are over 300,000 trampoline related injuries every year in the United
States. Many of these accidents are
caused by carelessness and a large percentage can be avoided with a few simple
precautions.

Buy padding to cover the springs, hooks and
frame of the trampoline; look for pads that are of a contrasting color to the
mat of the trampoline

Use something to cushion the surrounding area of
the trampoline - as well as underneath

Do not allow any children under the age of 6 to
jump on the trampoline

Institute a "one-at-a-time" rule for jumping

Ensure children are supervised at all times

Set up your trampoline away from structures,
trees or other play areas

Take a moment to inspect the trampoline prior to
every use

Remember, you can never be too safe when dealing with a
trampoline. Use these basic prevention
methods and talk with your children about exercising caution when jumping on
the trampoline.

What is the correct posture when jumping on a trampoline? I use mine a lot and have started to get backache.

Here are a few tips for good posture when using a trampoline. 1. Bend your knees when you jump. 2. If you put your hands up or out, bring them back to your side when you land. 3. Try and keep your body straight when you jump. 4. This is the basic technique. Once you get good at this, you can move on to exercising and tricks.

I have mastered the art of bouncing and stopping on my trampoline and really want to learn some basic tricks. Can someone recommend a good place to start?

The most basic tricks to learn as a beginner are tuck, pike and straddle jumps. I think you would benefit from reading about them from the following site,

http://suite101.com/article/tuck-pike-and-straddle-jumps-a131767

and if that doesn't help, I have also found you a series of videos that will tutor you through some of these tricks,
