Press Data registation,on usersettings press set,press the arrows untill you get unit name,press set,insert you company name there.
To change the fax number-under usersettings select unit number and change it to your number.

Problem is caused by worn paper feed tire, and seperation tire. The worn tires causes vibration on the seperation plate. Replace both tires.

Ours has a volume control on the left side right near the top. It has four positions high, med, low and off.

lift up the 2 keyboard panels and press data registration and press set. scroll down using down arrow to RX settings and press set scroll down to turn ringer on and set the ring count to 3 and set and press stop a few times.

#1. Check to see that the transmit door is closed properly.
#2 Clean all white out and other contaminants from the rollers
#3 Check to see that rollers are turning.
#4 Rollers may be badly worn, if so replace them.
