SOURCE: Z5 back is not latching-- needs to be removed-- but how?
You first need to remove the Jura crest by turning it clock wise. I use a piece of ruber pressed against it to help.
Then you will need a special screwdriver for the oval shaped screw heads.
I ordered the screwdriver from germany; www.juraprofi.de.
The cover can then easily be removed by sliding upward.

Hi The connectors on capresso machines are very tricky. The reason for the leaking could be to do with the seals. Take it apart and make sure all the rings and pressing clamps are in the right place. Also take a good look and on your hot water tank, and the pressure relief valve in back of machine. Also it is recommended that the Jura coffee machines to be serviced every 2 years.
