1. Contact your wireless carrier to request the PUK (PIN Unlock Key) for your device. You will need to verify your account details---such as subscriber name and account security code---before the code will be released to you.
2.Use your phone's keypad to type in the eight digit PUK code. Press "OK."
3. Type in a new PIN code when prompted. The PIN should be four to eight digits in length. Press "OK."
4.Re-type the PIN code to confirm and press "OK." Your Sony Ericsson is now unlocked.

What are the effective shin splints stretches?

Here are some of the effective shin splints stretches:
1) In a kneeling position, point your toes out behind and gently sit back on your heels pressing the tops of the feet towards the ground.
2) Standing arm length from a wall, put your hands on the wall while keeping your feet and knees straight, then lean forward as far as possible.
3) Standing with your feet flat, bend your knees forward as far as possible keeping your heels on the floor.
4) Put feet flat on the ground and have a partner hold them down. Partner applies resistance to your toes and you lift them up against the pressure.
5) Sitting with your left ankle on right knee, apply pressure to inside of your foot (near big toe) with hand, then and turn your foot up and in, using the leg muscles.
6) In the same position as above, put pressure to the outside of the foot (near little toe) with your hand, and turn foot down and out using the leg muscles.
7) In the same position as above, put pressure to the top of foot (near toes) with your hand, and lift the foot using leg muscles. Repeat these with the right ankle on the left knee.
8) Sit on a table or chair attach a weight (a bucket filled with stones or sand works well) around the foot. Without bending your knee move your foot up and down from the ankle - Start light and work up.
9) Attach one end of a stretching exercise elastic band to the leg of a table or sofa and loop it around the end of the foot. Move your foot up and down and side to side against the bands resistance. Try to draw the letters of the alphabet in the air with your big toe.
10) Stand erect and raise up and down onto your toes several times. You can make it harder by doing it while standing on a step and allowing your calves to stretch over the edge of the step.
11) While sitting lower and raise your feet with the heels on the ground as high and quickly as possible for 60 seconds. This is a great one to do during work days while sitting at your desk.

When I wear the shoe It hurt my toes I know the shoe fits

If it fits and hurts your toes, there is a problem here. Hurting toes says that the shoe does not fit. Is it too shallow for your foot? If so, the shoe can be stretched depending on what the upper is. If you put your foot on the top of the shoe, does any of your foot hang over the edge? If so, this does not fit.

What are the blinking light codes

Remove the toe-kick panel located under and behind the dishwasher door (2 screws or 2 quick-release catches). Look on the other side of that toe-kick panel. There should be a technical data sheet stored in a little plastic pouch there (if someone hasn't stolen it), which will explain the meanings of the various blink codes. Don't forget to put that tech-data sheet back for the technician, in case you decide that you can't fix it yourself and decide to call a professional!

What is the toe in and toe out on the alighment

put your feet pigeon toed, that's TOE IN, now put your toes outwards, that's TOE OUT. Toe is critical for tire wear. when toe is out or in, the tire "scrubs" along the road and wears faster.

My Kenmore Elite H3 (washer machine) is putting an F 06 code every day, since a while ago. I reviewed the manual for help and couldn't find anything. First I choose the program, and about 5 minutes later a...

The following link explains how to troubleshoot the "F06" error code:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r714929-f06_error_whirlpool_duet_kenmore_elite

The first step in toubleshooting this problem is to check all the connector plugs between the Drive Motor, MCU and CCU. Check for loose connections and then unplug each connector and plug them back in (one at a time) to ensure they are snug and making good contact.

NOTE: Only check the connectors that affect the drive motor and MCU circuitry.

If the tachometer is determined to be the cause of the problem, it is part of the MCU. The MCU will require replacement.

The fault codes are not listed in the Owner's Manual. For more in depth troubleshooting tips refer to your tehcnical data sheet that came with the washer. It is located inside the washer behind the lower toe panel. You will need to locate and remove the screws under the bottom front edge of the toe panel. Once removed, the panel will drop down, then come off. If the tech sheet isn't located directly behind the panel, it will be affixed to one of the interior cabinet walls. The tech sheet includes all error codes, test points, dianostic procedures and helpful illustrations to assist in troubleshooting2.gif and repair of your washer.

If you have questions, or require additional assistance, please let me know.

NOTE: For better access to the toe panel screws, you can prop the two front feet of the washer up. (A 2x4 works real well for this).
