Blue out of line and a curved line across the screen
Alright after reading several of the detailed problems and answers on this site I'm fairly certain that part of the problem invovles having to replace two Convergence IC's (STK 392-120) and several resistors..(6 in total)
But incase I am wrong, here is the complete problem...
At the moment the tv has no colour. It is in black and white, with a double image of sorts behind all objects on the screen. When I attempted the digital array the blue is out of line.
Also.. from the top left corner to the bottom middle there is a solid line in the screen in a curved shape towards the bottom left corner. Now this I have no idea how to tackle. Feel free to look at the pictures to see if it helps..

Ignore the white line in the digital array image as it is just the flash reflection
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated
Cheers

The Tcon board or the LCD panel is faulty. Can confirm by replacing the Tcon board.
If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.
Go to a unused video input and examine the screen----if you see blue with slightly curved trace lines the blue screen control for the set is set just a bit too high.
If the lines are slightly curved and stationary on about 2/3 of the screen its either the Blue CRT or the Blue CRT drive board which is having the problem.
You need to replace the convergence chips and convergence resistors. Check the site www.TvRepairKits.com. They have put together convergence repair kits for most models.
The kits include a photo instruction guide, original OEM Sanyo STK chips, convergence resistors, pico fuses, thermal paste, etc. Everything you will need to do the repair yourself.
try adjusting the green screen control. remove the front bottom panel of the tv by removing any screws holding it in place. gently pull of the front panel, there are gromets holding it in place, you will be able to gently remove the front, just make sure you get all those screws. now reove the small wodden or plastioc panel. now you will see the screen/focus assy. check to see of the screen controls are the top 3 or bottom 3. adjusted the center screen it's the green one, the other 2 are the red & blue. it is best to adjust in a dark room where the lines will show up easier. good luck
Opps well the image links didn't work well here they are again..
