Here are three possibltys a burned off wire in the heating curcuit .but more likly its the hi temp cut out or the thrmostat itself. a continuity tester can determine with it is . both part are easily replacable

there is a big diffrence between a gas and an electric water heaters,, what you have on here is a 6 gallon water heater, it will take longer for electric to keep up hot water then it would for a gas water heater,,
Having same issue. Water cooler about a week old, in use in a small office with about 10 people and 2 5-gal water jugs consumed weekly.
The chiller for the cold water no longer works, and they display lights on the front and on/off switch in the back no longer light up. The hot water is working, I'm wondering if there is a potential recall issue with the unit.
