Late turn on

Hi i have a Samsung Hitron black TV and i have a problem turning it on.When i switch the power button on my, TV doesn't turns on immediately.I have to wait up to 40-50 minutes until it turns on. Thanks.

Thanks a lot for the tip, but i have one more question. My TV seems to loose the intensity of some of the colors( blue for example - it turns darker).

Seems like you are having some problems in the power section of the tv. they are either one capacitor gone bad or some of them gone bad. do you know how to check capacitor? if not just take it to a repair man. good luck

Having problem with my tv. How can I fix a Samsung tv that doesn't fully turn on?

This is either a board issue or bad LED backlights, you can trouble shoot the backlights by unhooking the connector going to the main from power board plug the set in and backilghts will stay on if they're working ok, if you find they're good then I'd lean towards a bad main board, there are several ways to test the main but it would involve using a multi-meter. We've seen a lot of main board issues on this model TV.

How to switch to av without a remote samsung hitron

hi ya

possible ways - they may be a button on the tv, sometime marked source - or a o with arrow through it

or

best bet is to purchase a one for all remote, for tv as you have a large brand these should work fine,

even try a pound shop one, as it a big brand

Make sure all power cords are connected.
Try pressing the enter/play key.
Make sure the TV is turned on and the input is set properly.
Make sure the TV source is set properly on the TV (This is probably done on the screen; Check your TV manual).

Yes, you change your channel to '00' or go up to '101' and then press up button on tv then it will automatically comes to '00'

Ah59-02342a doesn't control tv anymore

Hi I had exactly the same problem with mine it worked the DVD player fine but not the TV even though previously it had worked both .......... Manual Guide In the manual guide I managed to dig out it says to do the following to set up the remote to work the TV

Press the TV button on the remote
Then whilst holding down the power button you need to enter in the samsung TV codes until your TV turns off (I only got to the first and it did it)
The numbers are 00, 15, 16, 17, 40, 43, 46, 47, 48, 49, 59, 60, 98

The LED in my motherboard is on, but if i turn on the switch, their is no response. the power connection is correct. but it doesn't work

Try swapping the power button connection with the reset button connection. Then to turn on your computer you will need to press the reset button. If that works you have a faulty power button. Otherwise try using a different PSU. One that you know works. If that doesn't help the motherboard will have to be replaced.

However these are the Remote Control Codes for different Samsung Models:
With the TV in standby, press the

or
{P.STD} {MENU} {SLEEP} {POWER} buttons on the remote.
With the TV in standby, press the
{SLEEP} {P.STD} {MUTE} {POWER} on the remote.

To exit, simply Power Off the TV.

Well i tried these codes on my SAMSUNG HITRON 21" CRT TV but did not worked. however at last i tried :

{DISPLAY}{MENU}{MUTE}{POWER}

No. If it's cable, the cable operator is responsible for your channel line up.
