The round 4 pin connector is called a DIN plug. What you need is a Converter plug/socket/lead.

However what you need is a little unorthodox, and i wonder if you may need to wire it in directly? The XLR, has three pins, and the DIN has 4. (Only three are used though) So it is quite possible that one could simply joint them together.
A Microphone, only usually has two leads, and a shield. A Plus, and Negative, and shield, Earth, (Usually shield and Negative go together)
So as related you need a 4 pin DIN plug to an XLR adapter like the one shown in the link below.
