Im tryint to conect my wire feeder

I have a miller axcess 40 v wire feeder stock# 195182 axcess-s serial# lg025231 then i have a miller invision 456p dc- inverter arc welder stock#903505 serial# lf152585 im trying to conect my wire feeder to the base unit arc welder the feeder has a data cable millier electric p/n 202573 but the remote cable for the feeder does not fit the remot plug on the arc welder can i get an adepter or a wireing diagram to show me which wires do what from the feeder so that i can hard wire the feeder remot cable to the arc welder its easy to get to but im not sure which wires would need to go whare

Ask weld tech at a welding supply store and ask if your components are compatible (since most wire feeders are 24 volts).

So I spent half a day swapping boards from a good 450 axcess from what I found between testing and the manual the net wait stands for network updating. The problem I had is the pc7 board (user interface card ) had a burnt spot on the solder joint for the ground I replaced the pc7 board and this fixed the problem.

I have a miller xmt 304 i bought it used. i have a 12vs wire feeder on it and im not getting power to it. any suggestions on what the problem could be

Hi:

Ok, let troubleshoot this one.

There is only two connectors on your 12VS wire feeder; the lead cable that goes to the + side of the XMT welding machine and the VS cable (Volt Sensing) that goes to you work piece joining the ground cable (don't forget the ground clamp).

a) The mode switch on your XMT must be on V-sense feeder.
b) Your 12VS feeder depending on what kind of wire you are using (innershield) negative side or gas wire + side.
That's it. If there i no spark, there is something wrong with your XMT.

Suddenly the voltage rose from 28 to 40, and melted the nozzle and the penetration was zero, pressed the two white buttons are located on the rear of the machine, which most I can say or show? Thank you....

Sounds like a zener diode has failed These are gold coloured half round.

I have an old mastercraft 110 volt ac stick welder model 110-104 have not used it for years have lost the instruction manual plate on the machine says primary voltage is 115 and primary amperage is 26.6...

35 amp should do nicely however make sure the mains cable is of the correct size, better still, get a qualified Electricion to install it.
Usualy 30amp could be used but using 35amp gives you some reserve

I would go to www.millerwelds.com and download the owners manual based on your serial number. It will insure you get the correct wiring diagram for your feeder.
