My mp3 is says "flash error! please back up the data and format the player" and when i put new music on it says the same thing

Try formatting it
-Connect your mp3player
-Open My Computer
-Right-click on your mp3players file
-Look through the options and select format
-Then Recharge your mp3 player
- turn it on and it should work

if not, reply
