Print out and Scanning is working well. But copier (xerox) is not working. Tell us tips to solve the problem

To scan a document to file (Scan to File), the WorkCentre must be directly connected to the workstation using a USB or parallel connection. Scan to File is not supported over an Ethernet connection.

check the drivers on the samsung website after putting the model no of the printer which you have there.if they are availiable,you can install them from there.
