This link will take you to the (US) webpage where you can select the right driver for whichever version of Windows you're using: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=73501&dlc=en&lc=en&cc=us Click the link for your OS; you can then download the driver directly to your system. Save it to the Desktop so you can find it easily; when the download is completed, CLOSE ALL PROGRAMS, then find the new .EXE file on your Desktop and double-click it. Once it opens, follow the prompts to install it, and REBOOT THE SYSTEM when prompted. Good luck...

As much as I'd like to help you, there are a few problems you need to overcome:

First of all, you haven't indicated which version of Windows you're using; the drivers on that page are for the American English version of Windows. I have no way of knowing if they will work with your computer, so you have to realize that installing one of them could cause a lot of problems if you're using a UK English version of Windows, or some other version that isn't compatible with the US market software. This problem could be compounded by the market your scanner was built for; hardware can have significant differences from one market to the next, and you have to be CERTAIN that any driver you install is compatible with your particular version of Windows, AND with the hardware you're using...

Secondly, Yahoo Mail limits e-mail attachments to not more than 10 MB, and the file you've asked for is 232 MB, which is more than TWENTY TIMES larger than the Yahoo size limit, so there is no practical way for ANYONE to e-mail it to you through Yahoo...

Also, there are SEVERAL patches and add-ons you might need, which just complicates this even more...

    Check this page for details:
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softw...

This is the DIRECT FTP link to the HP server for the US market software:

    ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3927/sj-13026-3/col3927.exe

Again, that file is HUGE (232 MB); unless you have access to a broadband connection, it will take HOURS to download it. If you still want it, you should plan on not being able to use your computer for anything else while the file downloads... you could spend half a day downloading it, only to lose the connection, then have to start all over again. Even worse, you might be able to download the ENTIRE file, then discover that it is corrupted when you install it, and have to download the entire thing a second time... as you can see, getting this software online is probably NOT worth the time and aggravation. You might be better advised to locate an HP contact within Nigeria, and see if they can help you; that might be your best option, rather than trying to download such a large file...

Good luck with this; I do hope you'll contact HP, and put their world-reknown customer service reps to work for you...
