It sounds like your battery is dying. I would suggest buying a new one. We can help you find, on Amazon, what you need if you tell us exactly what netbook you have.
It sounds like you are locked out of it. do you have any children that may have been trying to use it and not putting the right password in? If not then chick your charging port. mine went out the first week i had it, it was slighlty loose but i didnt think it would be a big deal but it would turn on then stay on for a few seconds (15 or so) then just shut off. it was not getting a full charge and it ended up damaging my mother board.
1. Connect iPad to the computer you have synced with.
2. Open iTunes on your computer and connect it with your iPad. If fortunate, you can enter the iTunes without password. But in most cases, there would be prompt asking for a pass code. Try another computer you've synced with, or use recovery mode. (The recovery mode will be mentioned in method three.)
3. Find your iPad in summary and make a manual backup. Once the backup have finished, click Restore your iPad with the most relevant back-up.

The router change shouldn't have any affect on your sound or your speakers. You need to start checking things out. Is sound accidentally shut off at the speakers?? Have speakers came unplugged at back of computer?? Has the sound been mistakenly shut off at the keyboard?
try holding power button in for about 15 seconds or untill you hear the crackel sound that means is totally shut down. then try to turn it back on. grandson just had this problem. he had put it in sleep mode by not turning it all the way off.
