The Inspiron 2650 did not ship with a recovery image. You will need to manually reinstall Windows, drivers and software.

What model Sanyo television?

Try downloading and installing malwarebytes,this little free program does wonders.you can find it on google.

Hold the reset button in for 10-15 seconds... Now its defaulted back to factory and the user name and pass will both be admin.

I had the same problem and solved it with a factory reset. hold menu button dowm for 10 seconds and it will alow you to reset all the colors.
