This looks like it could be an error code. have you tried to go to the company's web site to find out what this code means? I would suggest that you call the compay and ask, customer service what this error code means and if it involves repair, then we can see how far we need to troubleshoot this probelm, a good thing to do while you are their is to get them to send you a schematic, just in case you need to do some troubleshooting.

Remove Mains Plug
Press On/Off Switch from LED/LCD Panel
Press Ch Down & Input Switch together and plug in mains cord
LED/LCD will start
"K" will appier on Screen
Press Ch Down & Vol Down from LED/LED Panel
1/9 Page will appier on Screen
Go to 9/10 page by pressing Up & Down arrow of remote
Select EEP Cleared
Press ok button from remote
On Screen dispay EEP running
Remove Mains Plug after complete EEP Run
