Sounds like a bad thermal fuse or thermostat, check all of them with a multi meter for continuity. as for the heater going out I would check ur venting inside and out the machine. the fuses and heater blow out for a reason? Usually due to overheating issues? I suspect ur lint build up is the problem?

I have a Siemens dryer and few days ago it stopped heating, but the drum rotates. The problem was because of a safety reset button that went off. On the Siemens (WT dryer series), it is a red button behind the dryer.
Press the red button and it will restart. I might have started a fire, if not for this safety switch.
A similar reset button must have tripped on the Bosch dryer.
FYI: Remember Bosch and Siemens share their technology.

Remove your back cover ,and then you see the heating element. On one side or on top there is a termostat(Small Black)there is a red button which you should press down until you hear a click.Start machine and element should work. You can start it for a little while but be careful.Put cover back after cleaning loose lint etc. Jan

Hi,
If you have a gas dryer.
The most common problem with a gas and no heat is the ignitor going bad...

Have a Nexxt 3300 and believe yours is about the same so yes, several screws to remove from the back. Top also has to come off because two screws to the back are under the top. And for the top to come off the control panel has to be pulled away. Only four screws under four white caps to remove for panel to be loosened. The top is attached with two screws in the back and four nylon clips under the top. The red reset button will be easy to see after removing the back. It is attached to the heating element housing. It is not hard to do, just a pain to get to the reset button. Link to Bosch appliance website with give you a diagram to help. http://www.bosch-eshop.com/eshop(bD1lbiZjPTAwOQ==)/bosch/us/prodp.htm?prod=WTMC632SUS%2f02&ESHOPTYPE=A Good luck.

Turns out it was the belt switch. To reset the switch I had to unplug the dryer, remove the power cable and back cover completely. Note last two screws hoding back cover are under the top cover which is held on with two screws at the rear. Remove the screws then pull top cover back and then lift it off. Remove last two screws and take off the full back cover .
