My daughter (college student) has a Razor that without a traumatic event just stopped having a display screen. She can call and receive calls, but no texting or displays. What could be wrong? Any easy fixes? The phone is about 1 year old, and we recently purchased a new battery.
I lost my display on 30th april 2007 without a hint. Have been using the phone for nearly 1 1/2 years without any problem. The battery seems to be not so strong, shall try with the battery cleaning etc. Is this a standard problem with the MOTOROLLA V3? Cheers Bevanie
I just bought a Razr phone and the display screen totally disappeared within one day of use - what a joke. After pressing buttons for hours trying to fix it, I finally went into settings and used the "reset the phone" option. Works like a charm now. Hope that helps!
THOSE DISPAY SCREENS ARE LCD AND IF LEFT ON A DASH BOARD OR ANYWHERE HOT !!! THEY CAN BE PERMENENTLY DAMAGED IF THE TEMPERATURE GETS HOT ENOUGH.
My sister has the same thing. it has to do with the battery. try playing around with the battery and cleaning and things. then charge and play around. if none of that works. see the professionals
The same exact scenario happened to my Razr on March 30th. Coincidence or not? I don't know what to do except go to the experts to see if there's an easy fix. Otherwise.....new phone, which I don't want to happen.
