Mine did the same thing, but when i put a new battery in it would turn on only once then i would have to put a new battery in. I dont know how to fix it yet but that will let you listen to it battery at a time.
I was given a I-bulldog mp3 player but the only thing wrong with it is it won't turn on. I put a new battery in it and it turns on, but if I turn it off then I got to put another battery in it. It will only turn on once, then I have to put a new battery in it. I don't have any idea how to start fixing it.I was given a I-bulldog mp3 player but the only thing wrong with it is it won't turn on. The yellow wire at the ignition switch is not connected to the remote start system. Once it is connected to the accessory output of the remote start, it should work properly.
No i dont think you need that by-pass part for it to work correctly. Go to the bulldog website and look up your vehicle, wiring color code and required equip. also should have some install photos. I would get ahold of your mechanic and have him resolve the issue being he installed it.

I've wired several of these and you have likely hooked up the wires wrong its not giving power to the right wires at the bottom of your steering column...........re check your connections on your truck there are 3 wires that need power for the starter to work they are the orange, pink and brown hope this helps!
