Question about Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W Laser Printer
The last few days my printer output has increasingly bad dark lines on the edges of pages. According to the online manual for this printer the problem is that the transfer roller is dirty. The cartridge is brand new and perfect. The roller is not readily accessible via the toner door and the manual says to see a vendor/repair facility. The cartridges for this printer literally cost more than the printer itself, therefore I'm not thrilled about paying some overpriced geek for a service call. And I need my printer all day every day. Does anyone know how to access the transfer roller for cleaning? Thanks!

SOURCE: konica minolta 1350w status display comes on at start up
Open c:\windows\system32
find a file called MSTMON_Q.EXE
right click and rename the file to anything with a file extension .exe, I named it MSTMON.EXE
Create a shortcut to this new file in case you need it in the future and put the shortcut on your desktop
also, write the original name of the file down or put it on notepad, in case you want to change it back.
restart windows

You have to be sure that you are connecting the printer in exact the same USB port. If you are connecting to a different port and not to the one from was disconnected, the Windows is installing another copy of your printer. Check this, I believe this is the solution to your problem.

Yes! I have the same problem and now, after a while I'm printing with that problem, the ink is dropping everywhere inside the printer... I have a 2400w... but it looks the same mechanic...
I have the same problem. The paper looks horrible.
I have two lines through the center area of my paper, one solid the other somewhat broken. Thanks for any help with this problem.
