Although you are working out the same muscles, and the movement is similar, the captains chair is far superior. The captains chair forces you upper body to be still while raising your legs, thus allowing you to properly contract your abdominal muscles. Another added bonus using the captains chair is that your back is completely supported throughout the exercise.

well ,This head rest you are wanting only comes on the captains seat model , Look for a captain seat back,make when you do find one that it came off a jazzy /jet 3 and that the seat with is the same as yours they should be universal a easy swapout of the back.
