I am clearly not expert in this area! However I get 12volts and 50Hz at the clock. I am beginning to think that I may have been sent the wrong timer/clock as it has a different model number from the one I ordered.

    Thanks for advice.

Why did you have a new clock fitted and did you do it yourself? check at the clock to see if power present. if not, check the wiring loom to see if any breaks especially at any plugs and sockets. if you do not use the automatic function, you may want to bypass the clock

Make sure there is power to the timer. Should be a fuse somewhere.

Moved Kenmore electric oven (2 yrs old) and now neither the oven or stovetop heat up. The clock is set.

This may sound silly, but go check your circuit breaker and flip it completely off and then back on. Sometimes it does not completely trip and your clock only needs 120 volts to work which you have, but the heating coils need 240 volts. If you have an older house that has a fuse panel instead of circuit breakers you could have a blown fuse.

When I turn on my westinghouse gas oven (GOL476), it appears to ignite immediately but after 3 or 4 minutes there is a strong gas smell which lasts for sometime before it gradually disappears.

Im putting in new stove. i have 3 wire(6 gauge)

most stoves require a 4 wire plug..red, black, white and ground..the white is needed for the 110V to work properly..ground is there for safety incase something shorts out it will blow a fuse/trip circuit breaker

Oven wont work but clock still works

First make sure you didn't trip a breaker. You could have power for the electronics on one side of the 220V and that is why the clock still works. Turn off the breaker and then back on even if it looks on. If it does this again you have a sever problem that will require a service call. If the breaker is tripping it could be other than the oven and if so a new one will work ok unless itsin your wiring.

If this helps you please ratre me accordingly Good luck.

Nothing is working

There are fuses on/in the stove... you need to locate the access panel and check them.
