Need to download Sansa Media converter and I don't know how?
I bought my son a Sansa Fuze for Christmas and now cannot load any videos on it. My brother and I have both tried to no avail. It came with no software and when I called the Sansa support people, they told me they would send me a link to dowload a "sansa media converter" which is what I needed. They never sent me a link inspite of 2 phone calls and I can't find one on their website. Please help!

You need a USB cable which you need to connect to your computer. This cable also serves as a charger. You will probably need to load(rip) the music from a CD to your computer into a program called Windows Media Player. Then you will use this program (Windows Media Player) to "sync" your MP3 player to the computer from which you can download music to your MP3 player. [email protected]
