I suspect you look in the history and pick the last job printed if you are in a confidential environment then all the information would be deleted after printing and you would need to re-send the original document again.

there is nothing wrong with your printer!! it is a connunication issue from the computer to the printer... cancel the document that you tried printing and try reprinting it again.. to clear the error remove the USB cable or Network cable then turn off the printer.. then back ON while the printer is in the ready state re attache the USB or Network cable and reprint the document :-)
What make a model is your fax machine? Do you have a copy of your user manual? If yes, have you checked it for reprinting from memory? If not, downloading a copy of the user manual would be your first step to solving your problem. It will either tell you how to reprint the fax or that you cannot reprint the fax.
The printer does not store any documents. They should be on your PC. Look for the most recently accessed documents, ususlly accessed by using the Windows key and choosing Recent documents.
as far as i know your printer should have command tools on a cd... install that software, add your printer there and search in the drivers panel "print & hold" option and check that option!
