Question about Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 Player
When i connect my Zen V mp3 player to the pc it picks up the device but when i open it it says it doesnt detect anything. Is there any help? Please, i have tried it on diffeent pc's as well.
You have to change the mode on the unit itself,, so it is picked up as an external drive by xp or vista

One thing that might help is making sure the mp3 has a full battery, that's always fixed this problem for me.
