Question about Audiovox CDM8910WW

Vocfunc.c 02167 error

When i dial out of my phone the screen goes blank with the VOCFUNC.C 02167 message. Then the phone shuts off but restarts on it's own. When some one calls me the phone rings as soon as i flip it open i get the same vocfunc.c 02167 error.

While the screen goes blank, does it drop the call? Are the handsets fully charged, or are they on the charging dock whenever they are not in use?

The batteries may need to be replaced. Bad batteries can in some cases cause the phone features to not fully work. They are located in the back, bottom of the handset.

How do I set my speed dial numbers?

Which ones? System speed is programmed from station 10 or 11 and goes in the 6xx's, depending on your version of software. The start is FEATURE 00 FEAT 6xx and dial the number You can continue programming more numbers by pressing FEAT 6xx or Feat 00 to exit.

Personal speed dial numbers are programmed similarly, except they are in locations 80-99 on each phone and can be programmed from the phone if it's a system phone.

Auto Dial buttons use blank buttons on your set. Feature 00 pressing the button and dialing the outside number store those. Again, Feature another button will let you program another button, or Feature 00 ends programming.

Nokia 2630 .The problem is White screen for 2-3 sec. then turn off .Help pls

1. Check the battery. They may be worn out and dead.
2. Next time, your screen goes blank / white, shut off the mobile voluntarily, restart the phone and press reset button.
3. This will fix the problem. Caution: You may lose all your data.

sir is it blinks with white screen only or blinks with white screen then shut down?
-if the phone can receive/send text and mms messages while the incoming and outgoing calls become shut down,i think you need to replace the battery because it is weak.use only original battery.
-and if it is blink with white screen only try to reset all settings or reformat your phone,if not work hardware problem go to repair shop.

After dialing via Contact, screen will go blank

try taking the battery out wait a couple minutes then put it back in. after this process it should work normaly

I had the same problem and sent it to repair : they actually replaced the screen and now don't have this problem anymore.

donot connect the mobile first , install the software cd included then when prompted connect the phone first to data cable then insert in usb port, follow on screen instructions

cell phone battery not recharging I've bought a used Audiovox 8920 cell phone (ebay), with a wall charger. On the battery indicator it showed at the most 2 bars. And whenever I plugged the cell phone to the charger, the cell phone was turned on, even if I turned it off. Occasionally I would see "Charging System" flashing on the screen for several seconds. But the battery would still die after a day or so. Then I bought a new battery and a car charger and have the same problem. But now both batteries do not recharge and the phone is completely dead. What to do? (Besides throw it at a wall).. It sounds like the plug receptacle in the phone is "broken" Can it be fixed? cheaply? thanks...jeepnut
