You can restore your epad to factory settings by going to the settings menu > privacy > Factory data reset. and then your epad should be running normally again.
please try to reset its because of the software corruption it usually happens in Htc models... 1.Phone turned off, press and hold the HOME and BACK buttons,
and then briefly press the END CALL/POWER button. The reset process will
start after a few seconds.
2. Wait for the phone to finish the reset process and then press MENU.
if it does not solve upgrade to latest firmware
