Question about KitchenAid KGSA906P Gas Kitchen Range
I have KitchenAid Gas Range Model YKGST307HS4 (Canadian). When I turn on the Bake/Convection Bake on oven, the display goes to PrE (preheat mode) but the oven does not heat up. The ceramic igniters are cold, there is no smell or sound of gas. The Fan works fine. It works fine in Broil mode. The range top works properly, so there is gas and electric. P.S. All suggestions welcome. How can I find/get a schematic? Thank you in advance for your help.

You will need a new igniter module. The igniter module is told to spark by the control panel. There is also a flame detection for electronic start and that could be bad too.

Good Afternoon Gwen - Try reprogramming the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. If issue persists, then the unit could possibly be experiencing an issue with a wiring failure, EOC (electronic oven control), sensor probe and/or faulty bake or broil element. I would strongly recommend consulting a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause.

YKGST307HS4 is the same as model KGST307 Gas (Stainless Steel) Range found on the list.
I have a KitchenAid gas stove (not sure on the model type) the bake function is not working however broil is working. A few people said I may need a new element. Has anyone had this problem, got a new element & did it fix the problem??
