verify that water chemistry is ok b4 retuning fish to tank and observe fish for strange behavior for next several hours ( upside down swimming, laying sideways )

Once shut to clean the propeller needs to be cleaned as it gets clogged. You need to pull out the piece housing the propeller and rinse off or use a thin item to wash out any debris stuck.
