I have been facing the following problems in my LG computer
monitor(Model:LG Studioworks 563N 15" CRT),
1.Generally it works fine.But suddenly screen gets off compeletly(not even amber light).After some time it become normal.The time in idle condtn is not uniform.
2.Sometimes while switch on my UPS It wont work then again
it comes automatically.
I check the cables,fuse inside the monitor etc everything is fine.
Can anybody tell me the soltution please?

Is there anything going on in Control Panel, Power Settings? Such as an auto off? Sometimes getting the monitor to come back on after it goes to "sleep" can be tricky. Usually a keyboard stroke works better than mouse movement. It almost sounds like a hardware problem and I would contact the manufacturer and see if it's still under warranty. I'm assuming the PC it is connected to isn't going off?

You should check the monitor by connecting it to a different computer to determine if the monitor is faulty or the video card is faulty in the other computer.
If the monitor is somewhat old and the monitor hardware doesn't support 1024x768 resolution, installing a new driver won't help. You will have to switch to a better monitor.
1. Mostly Loose contacts in video section that means CRT Neck board dry points checke it.
2.Pl check VGA Cable RGB signal pins 123 to ground 75 Ohms (on OK condition).
3.check 5v supply
4.check SDL and SCL signals.
LG Studioworks 563N Monitor horizontal width is exceeding out of screen and not able to adjust it along with pincushion through menu. IRF S630A Transistor replaced, no effect. Pl. help.
Plz check your monitor's vga cable for ok .I think there is problem in 1,2,3 no pins wires continuity.If it is ok then check components thats are connecting these pin to video amp. ic on crt neck.If they are ok then change video amp. ic with new one.Hope this solution works otherwise i am always ready for help
